Mō te tūnga | About the role
Whakapapa has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join the team in a permanent, full-time role. The role includes leadership of chefs and kitchen attendants, food quality and consistency, ordering and stock control, kitchen compliance, team development, rostering, wage and food cost management, and helping shape a food offering that keeps guests coming back.
